Introducing Augmented Reality and Virtual Try Ons

At OGI Eyewear, our goal is to not only be at the forefront of the fashion eyewear industry but customer service as well. We are excited to introduce 360-degree product views as well as augmented reality for all of our customers to benefit from.


What is augmented reality?

Augmented reality (AR) is the rendering of digital data onto real-world objects. AR uses technology to enhance the user experience and allows customers to see things that wouldn’t otherwise be possible.


Why is it important?

Customers can now see 360-degree views of two of our products online. Rather than just seeing a set of pictures, they can see every centimeter of what makes our frames so amazing. We even offer a “Virtual Try On” which utilizes AR technology and allows someone accessing the site on mobile to see how a set of frames looks on their face before buying them. Note, to use the AR technology on your mobile device you must own at least an iPhone 10 or an iPad Pro with Face ID.
